Have not received curry's voucher

Hi, I purchased 2 phones and sims with the ID curry’s voucher offer. its almost nearly 3 months now and I have not received the voucher or any emails regarding this.

Please note that gift cards (like Currys or Amazon vouchers) can take up to 120 days (4 months) to arrive via email. Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders.

I also have not heard anything regarding the £50 currys voucher that was supposed to be offered as part of the contract?
