I’ve received emails saying I can upgrade and my plan has come to an end. However, when u go onto the app it says I can’t upgrade?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble upgrading.

If you've received emails advising that you're eligible to upgrade, but the app is showing that you can't, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team for assistance.

They'll be able to check your eligibility, review any available upgrade options, and investigate why you're unable to complete the upgrade through the app.
