Hi @Bez20lufc,

Thanks for getting in touch.

As the offers available through comparison sites such as Uswitch can sometimes differ from the deals available directly through iD Mobile, we’d recommend contacting our Sales Team directly to see what offers, promotions, or upgrade options may currently be available for you on the iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro Max, or iPhone Air.

It is also important to note that if you were to take out one of these deals through Uswitch or another third-party retailer, this would usually create a brand new iD Mobile plan with a new mobile number rather than processing as an upgrade on your existing account.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile does not currently support internal number transfers between iD Mobile accounts, meaning you would either need to keep the new number or potentially end up with two separate accounts.

For this reason, we’d strongly recommend speaking with our Sales Team directly first to see what upgrade offers may be available on your existing account.

You can contact them here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Once connected, an advisor will be happy to help further.

Regards,

Gemma M
