I just got a new contract how do I cancel my old one and keep my bumber

If you’ve recently taken out a new contract with iD Mobile and want to keep your existing number, I’m sorry, but you won’t be able to transfer your number using a PAC code from one iD Mobile contract to another. Our system won’t allow a PAC transfer between two iD Mobile accounts.

Although you can request a PAC code for your existing number, you won’t be able to use it to transfer that number directly to your new iD Mobile contract.

To keep your existing number, you would need to upgrade your current contract rather than take out a separate new contract. I’d recommend contacting our team to discuss the options available and determine the best way to keep your number.
