I’m due an upgrade but im unsure if I want to or if I want to carry on with my current phone. What happens if I do that

    That’s a great question!

    If you’re due an upgrade but decide to keep your current phone, that’s absolutely fine. Your plan will simply continue on a rolling monthly basis, and you’ll keep paying for your current tariff as normal.

    You can choose to upgrade at any time later on if you change your mind there’s no obligation to do it straight away.

    If you’d prefer, you could also switch to a SIM-only deal, which is often cheaper since you’re not paying for a handset.
