Help i have not receivedy £50.00 currys voucher

I've not received my Currys £50.00 voucher offer which was promoted when upgraded my phone. Feel like I am going round in circles, I have spoken to people on chat, sent emails to different places and still not getting any further in regards to this. Anyone manage to resolve this...any tips?

I'm sorry to hear that you're still chasing the £50 Currys voucher and feel like you're being sent around in circles.

You'll need to continue pursuing it directly with point of sale, as iD Mobile doesn't have access to the voucher fulfilment process or the promotional records for retailer-specific offers.

We'd recommend keeping hold of any:

Order confirmations
Promotional emails
Screenshots of the offer
Previous correspondence regarding the voucher

Unfortunately, we're unable to investigate or issue the voucher from our side, but point of sale will be best placed to review the promotion and confirm your eligibility.

I appreciate this isn't the answer you were hoping for, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced trying to get this resolved.
