If you'd like to take out an additional iD Mobile contract, this may be possible, subject to the relevant eligibility and credit checks.

As you're an existing customer, you'll need to have made at least three successful Direct Debit payments on your first iD Mobile contract before you're eligible to take out an additional contract.

Once you've made the three successful Direct Debit payments, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250. They'll be able to review your account, confirm your eligibility and discuss the additional contract options available to you.

Please note that any additional contract would normally be set up separately from your existing contract and may have its own mobile number, allowances and monthly charges.
