There are a few ways to cancel your iD Mobile contract, depending on whether you'd like to keep your number.

If you'd like to keep your number:

1. Request a PAC code from iD Mobile.
2. Give the PAC code to your new network provider.
3. Once the number transfer completes, your iD Mobile plan will automatically be cancelled.

If you don't want to keep your number:

1. Request a STAC code from iD Mobile.
2. Give the STAC code to your new network provider.
3. Your iD Mobile plan will then be cancelled and your number will be disconnected.

If you're leaving without moving to another provider:

1. Contact Live Chat and request a disconnection.
2. A 30-day notice period will apply.
3. You'll be charged up until the date the plan is fully disconnected.

If you're still within your minimum term, early termination charges may apply.
