How can I set up a multi sim account and pay at the same time

At iD Mobile, we don’t offer traditional “family plans” or a single multi-SIM bundle with one shared tariff. However, you can absolutely manage multiple lines under one account and pay them together, which is likely what you’re looking for.

 

📱 How to set up and manage multiple SIMs on one account

 

If all the SIMs are in your name, they can be grouped under one iD Mobile account:

To add/manage multiple lines:

  1. Log in to the iD Mobile app or online account
  2. Go to “Account Overview”
  3. Select “Add a plan / Add a number” (if setting up a new line)
  4. Once added, each SIM will appear as a separate line under your account
  5. You can then toggle between numbers to view usage, bills, and settings

 

💳 Billing & payments

  • All lines under your account will be billed together on one monthly bill
  • You’ll make one combined payment for all active plans
  • Each line will still have its own allowance (data, minutes, texts)

 

📌 Important note

While you can manage multiple SIMs in one place, each plan remains a separate contract they just sit under the same billing account for convenience.
