If you're paying for your partner's iD Mobile plan and would like to manage it through your account, the contract would need to be registered under the same account holder details. This means the account and payment details need to match the details registered on your iD Mobile account.

If the contract is already registered under the same details, you can try adding the additional number to your account as follows:

1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
2. Go to Account or Profile.
3. Look for Add Account, Add Number or Link Account.
4. Enter the mobile number you'd like to add.
5. Follow the verification steps shown on screen.
6. Once successfully linked, you should be able to switch between the mobile numbers and manage the relevant plans from the same account.

If your partner's contract is registered in their name and details, it can't simply be added to your account for you to manage as the account holder.
