how do i claim my free buds as its a upgrade

If your upgrade was part of a promotion that included free buds, you'll need to submit a claim for them, as they aren't sent automatically with the handset.

To claim:

1. Check the promotional terms that came with your upgrade confirmation.
2. Visit the claim website specified in the offer.
3. Complete the claim form and provide any requested proof of purchase.
4. Submit the claim within the promotion's claim window.
5. Once approved, the buds will be sent to you.
