How do i degrade my PAYG sim only

I am on a PAYG sim only and paid £20 for unlimited everything last month but this month I want to pay the lower £10 for less Gb and don’t know how to change it? Can anyone tell me how I do this please?

Thanks for getting in touch.

If you're on an iD Mobile Pay As You Go plan, you can simply purchase a different bundle when your current one expires.

To buy a cheaper plan:

Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online.
Go to Pay As You Go or Bundles.
Browse the available bundles.
Select the £10 bundle and complete the purchase.

The new bundle will then become your active bundle. If you're having any trouble changing it, please get in touch with our Customer Service team via Live Chat and they'll be happy to help.
