how do i get PAC the sim dows not accept ot send text

How do I get my PAC code if my find won’t send or receive text, even tried it in other phones.

i have been on chat for over an hour and Nonceba has literally asked me 3 times with the same message to confirm my phone number and then says the only way for me to get it is through text messages and has stopped replying.

the website keeps giving me an error message.

My apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your sim.

I would suggest you get a replacement sim card from your nearest Currys store or send us a private message so that we can arrange for one to be sent to your address.

Once you have activated the new sim, we can then send the PAC.

What’s the alternative way to get the PAC, this is my second SIM card and neather have worked with SMS

Have you activated the sim card and done a network reset? This could help to get the text message come through.
