How do I get proof of purchase so I can claim my free gift?

Nope! Unfortunately It looks as though I have inadvertently deleted the order confirmation etc
Is there any way of getting a duplicate or downloading from the website?
+22If you purchased from iD probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

I also require proof of purchase. This reponse does not give any direction for self service so asking in reaponse to the original question.
I was planning to keep my phone and just change plan to sim only once i had the option to upgrade. After seing a deal you offered with a free samsung tab as part of the deal i decided to go for it. But now once ive agreed to the contract and recieved my new phone its turning out to be a nightmare to claim the gift promised.
Can you pleas just send me a document with all the details samsung require as proof of this as you sold me this contract.
It should be straightforward as you advertised it massively before buying but making it as difficult as possible once deal is done.
