how do i give id mobile my pac code

I made the switch from another provider, and received my PAC code. The ID mobile website says that they ask for your PAC code at checkout when you buy a phone/upgrade. It never did this. I want to keep my old number but everytime I google how, it takes me back to the app where I can’t log in, because I don’t have an ID mobile number. Live chat doesn’t help because it’s not a person, and they have no idea what they’re on about

I’m having major problems with ID mobile. Very disappointed. I have my PAC code but it’s not letting me schedule a transfer date on the website and app.

I moved to ID a while ago and didnt PAC my existing number over ...just getting round to it now as I am closing the other account with O2. Where do I share my PAC to get this done? I cannot find any info on this anywhere?!?! tnx
