How do I change from sim to phone contract please

    To change from an SIM-only plan to a phone contract while keeping your number, you can log in to the iD Mobile app or visit my.idmobile.co.uk and select “Upgrade” from the Plan screen.

    You can also contact our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250, and they will be able to assist you further with switching to a phone contract or discussing upgrade options.
