Hi there ​@Omar2022, we offer upto 30-days early upgrades for 12-month contracts and upto 60-day early upgrades for 24-month contracts. These are the earliest upgrades we can provide and they’ll already show as your earliest upgrade date when logged into the iD Mobile app/website.

Hi- I am 15 months in to my contract but want to cancel or upgrade how do I do this?

Assuming it’s a 24-month contract, you will be able to upgrade two months prior to the contract expiry date. If you want to cancel early, then you would have to pay a termination fee for the 

amount of line rental that is left on the account.

Ok but HOW. Not "there will be a fee" as i didnt ask that

But am I right i cant upgrade at 15 months so its only cancel i could do?

You can upgrade up to 60 days prior to your contract end date.

Thats repeating the issue without assisting. I asked if at 15 months of a 24 month contract my only option to upgrade is to cancel? If I wanted to wait to 22nd month I woukd have not been specifically asking about now

You can upgrade your contract up to 60 days before your current plan ends. However, we don’t offer an early upgrade option if you're still more than 60 days away from your contract expiry date.

Is this like a game to see how many times you can say the same thing while ignoring what I am actually asking. Let's try this another way. How do I cancel as it appears that's my only option
