How I can keep my old ID Mob number?

Hi, I all ready with ID mobile. I buy new phone with plan, but I would like to stay with my old number. How I can do this?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. 

     

    I am terribly sorry as the system does not allow us to port internally.

     

    You can however transfer from a different network to our network or transfer from our network to a different network. The only way to keep your number with iD mobile is to do an upgrade from your old contract which will convert to a new one keeping your old number.
