The options available to you will depend on whether you are currently eligible for an upgrade.

 

Once you become eligible, you can view your available upgrade offers by:

  • Logging in to the iD Mobile app
  • Selecting Upgrade
  • Reviewing the offers available on your account

Alternatively, you can log in to your account on the iD Mobile website and visit the Upgrade section.

 

If you are not yet eligible to upgrade, you will not be able to view upgrade offers or proceed with an upgrade at this time. Any early upgrade options, where available, will be shown within the app or website once they become available on your account.
