I am trying to upgrade from a commonly deal. I am getting one price through the app but can’t apply a bluelight discount code. Online I have bluelight discount code but ai don’t want it to create me a new account and and new number. Can you help me apply my bluelight discount to my current account?

Hi @Rmercaldi ,

Thanks for your message. I understand you want to keep your current number and just apply the Blue Light discount without it creating a new account.

To make sure this is done correctly and you get the right deal applied to your existing account, please contact our Sales Team directly on:

0800 049 0250

They’ll be able to check your current upgrade options and apply the Blue Light discount properly for you
