How to claim for the free Samsung tablet

Ive recently upgraded to a Samsung s26. Im entitled to claim a free Samsung Tablet. 

 

Ive filled in the forms but Samsung require an invoice, showing date of purchase but cant find that anywhere. Have checked emails but nothing. 

 

Any help please
