I bought a new phone for my daughter for Christmas, so I had to take out a new ID mobile contract rather than upgrade from her existing ID mobile one, so she wouldn’t know. I thought I’d just be able to transfer her old number to the new phone with a PAC but I can’t find an option to do that - help?

You can’t transfer an iD Mobile phone number between accounts; you’ll need to upgrade if you want to keep your current number.You have two options available to you:Return the new contract and upgrade your existing account.Port out the number you want to keep to another network and then port back to iD Mobile.
