    Hi @Vasuki

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry for the confusion regarding your existing and new iD Mobile contracts. I understand that you'd like to keep your current mobile number.

Unfortunately, our systems don't support transferring a mobile number internally between two iD Mobile accounts. If you want to keep your existing number, the usual option is to upgrade your existing contract rather than take out a separate new contract.

If you've already taken out the new contract, there is an alternative route you can consider:

    1. Transfer the number you want to keep from your existing iD Mobile account to a Pay As You Go SIM with another network provider.
    2. Once the transfer has completed, request a PAC from that provider.
    3. Use the new PAC to transfer your original number onto your new iD Mobile contract.

Please be aware that this process involves transferring the number away from iD Mobile and then back again, so we can't guarantee how quickly or successfully the process will complete.

If you'd like to keep your number and discuss the options available, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250 before making any changes.
