Kindly note that we do not offer early upgrades on iD Mobile contracts. However, if you would like to stay with iD Mobile and get a new phone, you can continue using your current contract until you become eligible for an upgrade.

Once your account is eligible, you can upgrade through your iD Mobile account, our Sales Team, or our website and keep your existing number. If your current phone is no longer suitable, you may also choose to purchase a handset separately while continuing with your existing iD Mobile contract.
