Thanks for getting in touch. Kindly note that should you choose to take up the deal through the website you shared above, it will create a new iD Mobile account with a new mobile number. As iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between iD Mobile accounts, you wouldn't be able to move your existing number onto that new account. This means you would either need to keep both accounts active or, if you close your existing account, you would lose your current number.

Before placing an order, I'd recommend contacting our Sales Team to discuss the options available. They'll be able to check whether there's a suitable offer that allows you to keep your existing number and advise on the best route for your circumstances.

Regarding the offer you've seen on u-switch, they are a third-party retailer and have their own range of promotions and pricing, which can differ from the offers available directly through iD Mobile. I appreciate this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but I hope it helps explain why the offers and processes are different.
