I cannot upgrade my plan. It is monthly SIM only and is a rolling monthly contract started months ago so there shouldn’t be any issue with ending a contract early. I own the handset it is just a SIM only plan and I am just trying to increase my data allowance, not as an add-on but as a change of plan.
I keep getting the same error message that something is not working.
I probably need to chat to Tech Support
I have tried on the ID mobile website on my PC and have also tried to change plan on my phone using the ID mobile app but I have been getting the same error message
