This is true, have been trying for weeks, just will not load at all

I’ve tried on both app and website and via my own laptop, none will load the upgrade page for sim only deals. The app will let you change your plan, but this only loads the 30 day plans which mirror what I am on, and exclude the 12 month deals which is what I was looking to upgrade to. Definate fault on the sites and pages as have tried every which way and it errors or loads a blank page.

I am also having trouble purchasing an upgrade, I get all the way to the final 'complete purchase' button on both the website and via the app and get the following message:

Oops, sorry, something's gone wrong. We've automatically flagged this for a fix. Please try again later.

I am also having the same issue, the app and website once I log in show that I can upgrade to 90gb and unlimited minutes and texts for £10 a month but it won’t let me add it to basket or anything, it keeps taking me back to the login page
