i entering a competition but should not had

I entered a competition on the radio I entered once ok but the second time you billed me but had a message off the radio station stating couldn't receive the money so was not entered but the money still shows on my bill

    Many of these premium rate texts enter you automatically into some sort of enrolment agreement. You need to read the terms and conditions of the competition you originally entered and raise any issues you have with them.
