    I must inform you that we do not offer internal number transfers within our network. Number transfers are typically between different networks. If you wish to keep your number with iD mobile, the best approach would be to upgrade from your existing contract to a new one, which will ensure the retention of your current number. I understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but it's our standard policy.
