I have been overcharged when closing my contract early. How do I get the money back?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been overcharged after closing your contract early. That’s not the experience we want for you, and we’ll help you get this sorted.

 

When a contract is ended before the minimum term finishes, a termination charge (Early Termination Fee) may apply. This is usually based on the remaining monthly charges left on your agreement. However, these charges should always be accurate and only applied where they’re due.
