i have upgrade with ID mobile and kept the same sim will my number stay the same please

I have upgraded with ID mobile and have the same SIM, will I keep the same number

    Yes, you will keep your number, but only if you process an official upgrade of your existing contract rather than purchasing a brand new plan independently. iD Mobile does not allow you to transfer numbers internally between two separate, active accounts

    Hi ​@Teepee1979,

     

    Yes, in most cases, if you’ve upgraded with iD Mobile and kept the same SIM, you’ll keep the same phone number.

    An upgrade is just a change of handset/plan, so your number stays linked to your existing account.

     

    You can also confirm by:

    Calling someone and asking what number shows
    Or checking in Settings → About Phone → My Number
