i have upgraded my phone and the price is extremely more expensive than if I got the same device as a new customer

I have done a upgrade on my account 5 days ago and I have noticed that I am paying £12 a month more as an existing customer than a new customer.

    New customers are offered our base plans, whereas existing customers receive offers that are based on their history with iD Mobile. This means the prices available to existing customers may differ from those offered to new customers.

     

    If you're looking for a cheaper plan, the only option would be to return your new upgrade and contact our Sales team to discuss what other offers may be available.

     

    However, we would advise proceeding with caution, as there's no guarantee that a cheaper deal will be available. In addition, any new application would still be subject to our usual checks and could be declined. If this happens, you may need to wait 30 days before applying again.
