I've still not received my gift card, and I'm not getting a response.

I upgraded to a pixel 10a and should have got a Currys gift card automatically.  

Checking the id website it pointed me to "hello@giftcloud.com" who passed me to "ukigiftcards@currys.co.uk" 

Who now are not responding to me.  

Can someone please help? It's been weeks and I was counting on using this for a purchase that is now long overdue.
