I want to cancel my sim only deal and upgrade (still within 14 day cooling off period)

I went on to a sim only deal at the end of my 24 month contract but my phone has now started playing up and I want to cancel the sim-only deal (still within 14 day cooling off) and upgrade to a new phone/contract). None of the automated options allow me to do that. Can someone help? Thanks. David

Have you tried speaking to the iD telephone sales team about upgrade options, ​@davmac77

Contact iD sales on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.

I signed up to a sim only deal when my 24 month contract was ending by mistake instead of just upgrading my plan - how do i cancel the new sim only deal?
