I want to upgrade but am unhappy with the available options

I am due an upgrade, but I am unhappy with the available options. When looking at deals from different providers, I saw that I could get an iPhone 17 pro max from ID Mobile for £44.99 per month with a £169 upfront cost. However, this deal is not showing as available in my upgrade deals on my app. Can I upgrade my current plan to this one as I want to stay with ID Mobile but no other options I have been offered via the app are suitable.

The deals advertised for new customers can sometimes differ from upgrade offers available to existing customers. This is because new customer offers are often based on introductory or basic plan pricing, whereas upgrade deals for existing customers are tailored based on account history, eligibility, and available retention offers.

 

That said, we completely understand wanting to stay with iD Mobile while also making sure you get the best possible deal on your upgrade.
