I would like to check if I can get the new phone

You can check whether you're eligible for a new phone upgrade through the iD Mobile app or your online account.

1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
2. From the dashboard, scroll down and tap "View all upgrade deals".
3. If you're eligible, you'll see the available handset and SIM Only upgrade options.
4. If no upgrade options are showing, it may be that you're not yet within your upgrade window.

Alternatively, you can sign in to your online account and visit the Upgrade section to check your eligibility.
