i would like to have a upgrade now

I would like to upgrade but it states I cannot as I have not got a direct debit

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

If you're unable to upgrade because your Direct Debit is no longer active, you'll need to set this back up before you can continue.

 

To reinstate your Direct Debit:

  • Log in to your iD Mobile account via the app or website
  • Go to My Account
  • Select Billing
  • Choose Manage Direct Debit
  • Enter your bank details and confirm

 

Once this has been successfully set up and showing as active on your account, you'll be able to proceed with your upgrade.
