ID phone contract to sum only

Hi

Rather then upgrade my ID phone contract I chose a sim only monthly contract instead.  How do I move my existing number WITH ID mobile to a new sim only monthly contract sim still with ID mobile please?

    It isn’t possible to move a number over from one iD Mobile plan to another iD Mobile plan.

     

    In the case of wanting to retain a number but change plan, we’d recommend an upgrade or plan change.
