Id upgrade through carphone warehouse

I've got a upgrade coming very soon and wondering if can upgrade my id contract via carphone warehouse as the prices are alot better than id so wondering if can do this either in store or online as I'd told me on live chat can only upgrade via their website but carphone warehouse clearly has id upgrades on there so all very confusing

You can indeed upgrade via Carphone Warehouse, so long as you’re logged in, and next to the order, it states “UPGRADE”. If it does not state upgrade, or you’re not logged in, then it would not be an upgrade, it’d be a completely new plan.

I’m currently with id my iPhone is 15 pro I am eligible to upgrade only next year what should I do to buy new phone
