If I upgrade at the end of my term to sim only will I automatically keep my number or do I have to do a switching process

If you process an upgrade, your current number will automatically remain linked to the new plan, so there is no need for a switching process.
Please ensure that you select an upgrade option rather than taking out a new plan separately, as we are unable to transfer numbers internally from one iD Mobile account to another. The only way to keep your number on iD Mobile is by upgrading your existing plan.
