I am an existing customer, how do I get onto the double data plans that are currently being offered? They dont show up as an option in the app.

@ezpayne  Hello as far as I'm aware these are geared towards new customers. If you're untitled to an upgrade login to you account and check your plan it will show if your due an upgrade. These offers (double data) might show in the upgrade,

I understand you're interested in the double data plans currently being offered, but can't see them in the app.
Some of these promotional plans may only be available to new customers or existing customers taking out an additional line. If you're looking to upgrade or change your current plan, we recommend logging into your account via the iD Mobile app or My Account online, then heading to the Plan section to check for available upgrades or plan changes.

9am - 8pm Monday to Friday

Thanks but like i said, these are not showing up in the app.

Is the double data only really only available to new customers?

It doesnt say so on the website terms and conditions or anywhere else I can find.
