Request for purchase contract / proof of purchase

Hello,

I would like to kindly request a copy of my purchase agreement or any official document that includes my full name and confirms that I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus.

I need this document in order to submit a claim for a Chromebook promotion, as I am required to provide proof of purchase for the phone.
