Internal Upgrade Offer More Expensive

Hello, my in app upgrades are a lot more expensive than ones I have found on a comparison website, all for ID mobile.

I obviously want to remain here but the in house offers don't make sense for keeping loyal customers. 

Do I have to leave ID mobile or create a new account to take the better offer?

Why is this so complicated
