You need to be patient and wait for your order to be processed by iD Mobile.

If you cannot see find this, please check your junk/spam folders.

thank you for reply however i still can’t see invoice number. Or is it name differently?
+24You should have received an email from edocuments@idmobile.co.uk. That email should have several attachments, one being an invoice. Open that attachment and look for ‘Invoice No:’.
the only email i received is confirmation with order number. Nothing else yet
