Is anyone else having app/website issues?

I’m trying to upgrade my phone and the app and website just keep loading but nothing ever happens...just wondering if this is a me issue or a them issue? Thanks!

There was an issue affecting upgrades yesterday which may explain the behaviour you were seeing. We've since been advised that the issue has been resolved.

Could you let us know if you're still experiencing the problem? If so, please let us know whether you're using the app, website, or both, and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
