My account is showing me an Upgrade Exclusive offer for an iPhone 17 256GB at £43.99 per month, £0 upfront and 250GB data on a 24-month contract. When I click Upgrade Now, the offer disappears and I only get plans with an upfront payment. I have screenshots of the £0 upfront offer. Can you apply the advertised upgrade offer to my account?
