 currently I am with an other provider, can I keep my number if I switch to your company?

    You must be new to mobile phones to ask such a question; just obtain a PAC code from your current provider.

    Hi ​@Hboumedine,

     

    Yes, you can keep your current number when switching over to iD Mobile, this process is called a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) transfer.

     

    All you need to do is request a PAC code from your current provider. Once you’ve got it, you can give it to iD Mobile and we’ll take care of moving your number across.
