Kindly note that you can keep your existing phone number if you move to a 1-year SIM only plan with us. As this would be an upgrade on your current account, your number will remain the same and transfer automatically there’s nothing extra you need to do.

Steps to Upgrade in the iD Mobile App:

Log In: Open the iD Mobile app (or visit the iD Mobile website) and log in to your account.
Check Eligibility: Go to the 'Home' screen or 'Plan' tab to see if you are eligible for an upgrade.
Choose a Deal: Select the "Upgrade now" option to browse available phone or SIM-only deals.
Complete Purchase: Select your new plan, follow the steps, and complete the checkout process
