I upgraded and was given a new number, I want my original number restored.

Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry for any confusion with this.

 

If you’ve been assigned a new number, this means a brand new contract was set up rather than an upgrade being processed on your existing account.

 

Unfortunately, we’re not able to directly restore your original number onto this new contract. The best option in this case would be to return the new plan, and then complete the upgrade properly with our Sales team so your original number can be retained.

 

The Sales team will be able to make sure everything is set up correctly for you and help avoid this happening again. I've just sent you a private message to help get this sorted.
