Hi, just ordered a new phone, didn’t realise it had a dispatch date on the 11th November, that’s not ok, I need it asap! If it’s because the colour is out of stock am willing to change it, but I have tried live chat 4 times now and re wrote my question and each time it doesn’t understand me, no phone number, no email… I need someone to sort this for me?
